    @loverofthelamb Ya I’m not trying to get stabbed lol. Plus my wife isn’t exactly street smart and needs to take the bus home from school at night some times, so I’m stuck paying for a nice area.

    @loverofthelamb Ya we live in south side works. But honestly, it’s hard to find anything under $1500 a month that isn’t a complete dump.

    @raymanuel Great question! My wife is currently in school and we just relocated to a new city with insanely high rent, so I need my start up costs to be as low as humanly possible. If I could keep it under $2000, that would be ideal

    @charles72 The start up cost is too high for me at this point. I ran out of a storage unit for years until I found a nice farm that I could rent out. I would jump back into landscaping in a second if it was feasible
