@johnc1953 Thanks! Yes, I built the app myself. The thing that was taking most of my time after all the other automations implemented was communication with the team. The app is very specific. It solves all the problems I had and it got even better with feedback from the TV installers.

@doema I sell the mounts. I buy refurbished from Mounting Dream or brand new from Walmart (Onn). These are the best I've found. I charge double the price I pay. You can't do bulk orders of Onn but Walmart always has good discounts. I have liability insurance, costs around $40/m
