    @agman00 Oh, old chicken vs egg question! With freelancers, we were able to build the team first (just finding, “hiring”, and getting everyone together in Slack.) I knew the general roles we needed to fill based on my experience building and working on content marketing teams in the past.

    @graceadele Our clients come about 50/50 from inbound (content + SEO) and word of mouth/referrals. In the early days, we did a lot of content promotion to get our name out there while we built up our funnel and SEO started generating traffic.
