    @shepherdgirl Does the client know that your rates are 2x on the weekend? If yes, bill as laid out there. If not, still bill as you have it laid out, but be prepared for some push back and make sure it's known upfront it he future. They don't know that you didn't have really important plans...

    @juliussneezer I manage to work a pretty normal 9-5 schedule and my clients respect that most of the time. It doesn't what you do for work, occasionally something is going to pop up that has to be handled off hours. Unless it's an emergency I rarely answer emails after 5pm or on weekends...

    @kaylyn23 Yes you can negotiate pricing. The ask is just the ask. Number 2 kinda negates this. They might ask for a higher price for the shorter lease term as in 2 years they will need to jump through the hoops of relisting it etc if you don't stay. They would outline any additional costs...

    @rcx A ton SEO vendors are hacks. I would recommend spending a few days doing a deep dive on SEO, sign up for a free account with ahrefs or ubersuggest for some baselines of where you are. Figure out what you are actually looking for in an SEO provider. And the post something in r/seo say RIP...
