Hi everyone, I’m the founder at Cereo.

Cereo is a visual feedback and bug tracking tool that allows website visitors to provide feedback with annotated screenshots.

• In-page feedback in any browser on any device: Cereo works as an embedded extension of your website. This means that it works with any browser and any screen size. Visitors spot something off with the website? Simply point, click and describe the issue.
• Feedback with context: With annotated screenshots and metadata (e.g. browser, os, screen resolution and selector data) your team can spend time on crushing bugs instead of reproducing them.
• 3rd party integration: Cereo can automatically export feedback to your choice of issue trackers. We currently support Trello, Asana and Github with more to come in the near future.
• Unlimited guests, no signup required for them: People who wish to leave feedback don’t have to sign up for anything.
• Sharable link: You can use our shared link feature to collect feedback from only certain users e.g. paying customers. It’s as easy as sharing a google doc.
• Feedback privacy: You can choose whether your website visitors can ses other feedback.
• Widget customization: feel right at home with your brand color and prompt.

Cereo is currently in beta and is free to use. We’re still in our early days and love to hear your thoughts!
