Book Recommendations for Scaling

I’ve seen a lot books out there but all of them are product oriented.

Services based business have a lot of constraints that product based business won’t have to worry about… like scaling a service based business will make you add management layers (not revenue generating) thus your gross profit per headcount will decline… so I’m looking for books specifically targeted to this particularities…
