Which one to use to register a S Corp or C Corp in Delaware?

@jada11 Stripe atlas has some partnerships with angellist and bank Mercury that are pretty appealing. Can get a business bank account before the govt even finishes your registration, can start raising right away. Pretty sure, they announced details on twitter

Put everyone on cliff and vesting

Most founders mess up the share count and then it’s annoying to fix it with lawyers

I highly recommend clara.co instead - less likely to mess up and diligence ready

@rcorfield It’s harder for founders to get it wrong, they really focus on creating all docs that pass due diligence

Founders can easily and often easily get it wrong on stripe atlas
