In the last few months, I have been reaching out to many Indiehackers and builders to impress upon the need of having a Feature board added to their product by adding https://superplugs.co/
As a part of my outreach, I researched many products and found that products that have scaled invariably have a feature board to announce product updates and collect user feedback.
( obviously a kickass product, pricing , great UI is needed to have any sale in the first place )
Take the example of 3 mentioned above at different stages of MRR.
All 3 have a feature board powered by canny with their product , that is used to announce product updates and increases MRR.
I know embedding a feature board is expensive and hence I guess most of builders get into this Chicken Or Egg situation.
Should I add feedback board now to improve MRR or wait to reach a MRR threshold to add feature board ? What comes first ??
