Creating a Company for Class

Hello everyone! I am currently apart of a class in which me and a group are required to create a company and profit off of it in 2 quarters. We have decided that we wanted our product to be a manga and I wanted to post on here to see if anyone else has experienced potentially creating their own manga series as well as leave a form to gauge interest in our product.
