Here is my idea:

Current landscape
Current players in market, offer a stylist and clothes subscription selection. The clothes selections are on average out of reach for several customers due to the high cost. This price point leaves many potential customers out .

Assumptions

Men want to look nice
Men don't want to spend much time thinking about what to wear
Men want to spend less not more on an outfit
In general women have a better sense of style and color coordination than guys
You don't need a professional stylist to pick out a nice outfit
Women like to shop, especially when it's not their money
On average b&m stores still have better deals, think Ross, TJ Max, and Marshalls also thrift stores, consignment
stores are currently excluded from sub services.

Idea

Offer an Uber like app that provides style and shopping for men
1. A man (buyer) needs an outfit for an upcoming date.
2. He (buyer) logs in the app and creates a proposal sets his budget for the outfit
3. Once the proposal is accepted the app find a nearby “stylist” who is able to provide the required garments within the budget specified
4. (buyer) reviews the stylist profile, accept her/his proposal.
5. Stylist starts to shop, if the stylist can find the required garment for less than the budget, stylist keeps the difference
6. Once completed, they meet to discuss the outfit or outfit is mailed
7. Transaction is completed
