Forming C-Corp in U.S as an EU Citizen

Hi,

Thinking about forming a C-corp in U.S as an EU citizen. Sole owner.

There are so many.

Questions

1. What do I have to look for as a EU citizen having a C-corp in U.S? I mean I don't have to necessarily spend the less, but I am worried about all the tax, C-corp, lawsuits etc obligations.
2. How will charging EU Customers look like? Do I need some extra paperwork from them?
3. How will I fill my tax return in Germany
4. Anybody did this? What service do you recommend?

I can also ground in EU (via Estonian Residency) xolo.io, but I think nobody in U.S will trust it, know it. BUT maybe it is better approach for charging trusting U.S Customers (without all the legal lawsuits, IRS, gov stuff)
