[HELP] Best Fixed Schedule for 24/7 Service Utilizing 1 TL + 3 Agents

Hi all,

Was wondering if you could help me determine the best fixed weekly schedule for 24/7 tech support that limits agents to full-time service (40-45 hours /week - 5/6 days per week) with no overtime. Looking for 1 TL + 3 agents. This should also prevent burnout.

Just looking for max daily shift hours and days - for example:
  • TL would work 'x' total daily hours on days 'a,' 'b,' 'c,' 'etc.' ,
  • Agent 1 would work 'x' total daily hours on days 'a,' 'b,' 'c,' 'etc.' ,
  • Agent 2 would work 'x' total daily hours on days 'a,' 'b,' 'c,' 'etc.' , and
  • Agent 3 would work 'x' total daily hours on days 'a,' 'b,' 'c,' 'etc.' .
