Long story short a few years ago I couldn’t work and let somebody deposit a bad check into my account didn’t get any money account was closed ….
I’m on child support for two kids that aren’t mines

Fast forward I’m doing really well about to sell the house bought and fixed up this year I should have around 130k and I’m going to buy a building and hopefully start a real estate empire …
My question is because I can’t get a bank account what do I do about starting a llc and how do I protect my self from child support …. Kids aren’t mines if they were i wouldn’t care about paying for them I’m 35 n childless
