How do I withdraw if I dont have BIR2303 in Lazada?

1. Is there a way to get around the requirement to withdraw my balance in Lazada?
2. If the answer to #1 is no then, what are the things should I know about thr COR (BIR 2303)? Became too hasty sa pag gawa ng shop now I'm lost on how could I get my earnings from the platform eh.

I know the questions sounds stupid but I really need answers to both

@suiadan I havent put my COR in lazada yet, but i can still withdraw until april 14 if im right. Why are you unable to withdraw now?

@johm I think its because of Lazada's new policy? New seller po ako eh hahaha
