What do you do to identify->track hashtags, mentions, and topics relevant to your business?
I have been using IFTTT recipes for tracking down mentions and threads, Google Alerts and searched hashtags by hand for stuff I offer.
I'm a digital product designer and would like to level up my game. So, the thing that I'm not doing is replaying enough on w/e social platforms to offer my advice and establishing myself as an expert in that field.
