How often do you use Emails? What would you like to automate?

I am doing a market research about the use of the e-mail among us.

I would appreciate a lot if you can answer those 3 questions:

1. What is the approximate proportion of using the e-mail in your case? X% Private / Y% Business?
2. What kind of automation would you like to have integrated on your email client? (I.e: AI email writing, filtering, sorting emails, assistant that handles emails and calendars)?
3. Would you switch to a provider that offers your wanted features? Why?
