How should I make a store more appealing on digital maps?

Hi, my friend owns a store, and I occasionally help her make her business grow. I've taken the initiative to add her store to Google/Apple Maps, and I'm wondering how I can increase traffic and make the store more appealing. Our store changes its inventory on a weekly basis.
