How to make an accelerator more fun and engaging

Hi so I’m part of an accelerator/incubator for fintech companies, were on our first batch of startups. I was wondering how we could make the workspace a more engaging place for our startups.. does anyone have ideas?

N.B. Most of the people in the startups are in their 30s
