I created this open-source, cross-platform software and now I'm searching for a way to monetize it. It's not necessarily needed, but I'm still looking for a way to monetize it.

What is this app?

Well, it's easy to explain if you use it.

It's just a lightweight app which make typewriter like sound when typing.

It has the same effect as Opera GX, but it works in all apps globally on your PC.

And yes, there is a competitor.

but what makes it apart is that its efficient and use less system resources and more secure.

So please Don't Hesitate to Suggest

@srecenvid The only way I can think of is that once someone installs the extension you redirect them to a website where u force them to click on a few ads

@srecenvid Charge a premium for it then, like give access on a selected apps which can be done for free, after that ask them 5$ for full access on the computer

Also I didn't say the ads thing to display everytime the computer opens ,I just said to do only once that too if someone has downloaded after that they will be able to use it for free

@ebenam there are still some bugs which i need to fix

and showing ads when user is adding Soudpack is a good advise.

@srecenvid Maybe sell sound packs. For better visibility I think chrome webstore would work better than an exe.
