I created MouseMenu: Windows Start Menu alternative

I created a simple Windows app launcher called MouseMenu.

I've had a major shift in my work routine over the past year, and it brought along a significant increase in opening various files and applications. Frustratingly, the Windows start menu falls short when it comes to pinning files. In my search for a solution, I tinkered with different apps, but after months of trial and error, I realized I needed something better so I started slowly developing my app.

I've been using it for the past 2 months and I'm enjoying it.

@richst6616 The application consumes approximately 70 MB of RAM and typically uses around 0% of the CPU.
