Info about Large Walk in freezer? Houston Tx

I'm in need in of a large walk in freezer, I have enough space for W:16ft x L:36ft x H: 9ft but would appreciate any information on how to start and or any recommendations. I was told to look for local contractor as jst buying the panels, compressor, wiring and then setup would run more trouble.
Not sure if it has to be certified but it would be used for ice cream storage.

@oceans You want to DIY? Unless you have someone to guide you through the process and pull the necessary permits. I wouldn't attempt DIY. It's a hot market everywhere in the US, contractors are busy and charging top dollar. I'm sorry.

@geofrank I'm already running one that's 14x30x9, I'll probably replace it with a new one or put it next to it but the permit is already taken care of and I do happened to know someone as they did my last freezer, but was looking to see if anyone has any brand they recommend or if they had experience.

@oceans Check auctions and 'for sale' sites. You may be able to pick up a used one up cheap. Obviouly have someone you trust check out the compressor to make sure it is good to go.

@oceans It's hard to get walk in panels right now as the heavy hitter panel companies are having troubles getting spray foam.
