Looking for a co- founder in healthy F&B space

I am using an approach of finding a niche in a big enough market (or TAM), implementing laser sharp focus to capture a significant share of the market at first & gradually expanding your offerings to build a big company.

I believe brand building doesn't happen by doing just 1 right thing: IIT/IIM founders or nailing marketing or amazing product (or solving operations or supply chain in this case),
it is combination of lot of things working right for you like assembling the right team, aligning with core values, refining brand identity, effective communication, prioritizing customer satisfaction, continuously evolving through dynamic feedback loops & probably 100 more things.

I am looking for a co-founder who is-

1) willing to build from scratch with 0 to 1 approach

2) creative markerter

3) from a retail background (prior work or keen interest in B2C, D2C)

4) obsessed with customers

5) willing to eventually scale the company from 1 to 100 & is in for a long race
