Need help to grow my email list for a new free weekly newsletter!

I have recently created and launched an email newsletter on substack. I have done some networking over LinkedIn and through WhatsApp and could get 28 subscribers in 10 days. I want to grow my subscriber base to 100 in the next 10 days. How can I do that? My newsletter is about how we can practically apply the concepts of marketing to get better results in the digital marketing space. My target audience are tech savvy digital marketers who want to learn more about marketing. My newsletter contains

(a) A brief explanation of the concept - ex: Value Creation

(b) How to use the knowledge

(c) What results can be produced using the knowledge

(d) Next steps to apply the knowledge and

(e) A micro review of the book that I have read in that week.

Hope the above information is good enough as background info to help.

• Add target audience to your social profiles and promote the newsletter subtly.

100 subscribers in 10 days shouldn't be difficult.

@inlovewithmybestfriend I have about 4000+ followers on LinkedIn out of which 700+ are digital marketers. I have a facebook audience of about 2000+ but they are all my friends and family and ex colleagues. Don't know if they would be interested.

Start with your current subscribers.

Think about what your audience is interested in that you can give away...

Offer a Giveaway of your favorite marketing book(s).

Offer a free course (if you have something to teach)

If you have services, offer the service for free for the winner.

Got another idea. Make the URL as a signature wherever you comment. On social media pages or email that you send. Have used that for the past hour on LinkedIn and am seeing a slight increase in the viewership.

@peacefulways Do you have any subscribers yet? If yes, ask them to invite at least one friend who’ll benefit.

Create an incentive for people to join your list with some kind of free bribe.

Create a competition or giveaway.

Go onto podcasts — infotain — and give your link away.

Basically find where your audience are and get in front off then with an offer they can’t refuse.
