P&G application interview in process?

I applied for a job in November for Proctor and Gamble and i was wondering if anyone was experiencing what i am. My portal has changed from “application in process” to “interview in progress” but this was weeks ago now. what does this mean? and has anyone actually heard back from the company when this is shown on the portal?

@courtneynj92 I had the same issue. After my initial application and test, the status changed to "Interview in Process", not sure when. I received the email for the interview today, the duration from the start of the application to the response of the interview was approximately a month.
