Pricing and factoring in CAC

Hey guys. I’m starting a home services start up and trying to factor in CAC in my price. It cost $30 per sale in Google ads and customers usually buy two units. I’m a firm believer in 50% cash flow but if I factor in the 15 per unit labor etc I’m more than double my competitors cost. Customers will need this service once a week. I think they are taking a huge L to acquire customers. Should I continue with the 50% cash flow or go into debt and chase vc dollars just to get by
