Realtime Visitor Dashboard

Hey all , not sure if this is the right place , but I'll give it a shot in hopes another SaaS company has found something like this.

I run a B-B SaaS , essentially an aggregator of pricing of new products and what the agent has sold.

I have been using Zopim (now ZenDesk Chat) for servicing live chats and customer questions while on our app , however we have recently moved the chat function to HubSpot.

The migration has been great however I miss the live view of being able to see:

- who is on the site in real time tied to their user id, email , name , phone number

- if a user is logged in multiple locations (sometimes this alerts me to browser compatibility or fraud, sharing of a licence)

- What page are they on

- what browser

- How long

Screenshot to give an idea of the info Zen desk provides.

Are there any other apps that focus on real time users ,

I have Hotjar (this is great after the session to review but does not give me the live view I am looking for)

Google analytics is of course on the site but not sure if there is a good way to get around their requirement to not use Pii (such as email or user name) I could use the gtag ('config', 'TAG_ID', {

'user_id': 'USER_ID'

});

to send our application user id but this is not as ideal as someone will still have to reverse lookup to find out who it is.

Anyone come across a tool they like for realtime saas monitoring for a customer success team, that is not a full blown livechat. Also open if anyone has any GA tips and tricks to solve this.

Thanks,

@jonnymock I previously used Churnzero. You can create certain views with different dimensions and also set up real-time alerts based on customer behavior.

It requires some setup of custom fields like ID, email, name, etc, but the implementation specialist from the Churnzero team was great in helping us set everything up with our engineer.

Apart from this, it's a good tool for measuring customer health scores.
