Recommendation for CRM: Visual Board+Sequence (for mail campaign)+ less than $100 per month

I have tried various CRMs over the years, and I have yet to find the perfect CRM. Does anyone a CRM that has ALL of below:

- Visual Board for the pipeline (e.g. Pipedrive, Hubspot, Salesflare)

- Can send sequences of mails (e.g. Mailshake, Mixmax, Hubspot)

- Is less than $100.

Yes, I recognize Hubspot can do the first 2, but they are over $100 for the version that gives ability to send sequence of mails and visual board.

I sort of want pipedrive or salesflare merged with mailshake or mixmax. Does such CRM exist?
