Reddit India is Untapped Market ?

I have few(9-10) start up ideas based on Indian Subreddits alone which I think after extensive conservative research feel that it could generate 0.5-1Million UsD in Revenue

Especially with student subs like Jeeneetards and Indianmedicalschool, also Bollywood Gossip subs are extremely active

What do you guys think

Now ofc it's not gonna generate 100s Millions in Revenue but I still think it's worth it for smaller Revenue base(which is again Conservative estimate)

Adding one more thing
Initial investment would be around 10k(that's again nor a lot for a startup I feel) for domain and all
