I'm doing my PhD dissertation on small family businesses. I'm super interested in this because I grew up in a family business, but realized later in school that there's not much research on family businesses with 1-9 employees.
So I've started by studying ways of managing employees, and how that relates to outcomes like keeping employees in your business. If folks here are interested, I'd be happy to share what I find!
