Understanding of F&B based Marketplace

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a product i.e. a F&B based e-marketplace, i.e. supplier and restaurant side. I really wanted to understand the nuances of building such a product.

Needed help if you can suggest me existing SaaS solutions that I could take inspiration from.

Or any other resources I could refer to that would help me understand this particular product domain better.

@chromechris Hi, its a market place to connect HoReCa and F&B suppliers, so they can source there material, fresh faster and at a lower price..

I wanted to understand how can I go about with onboarding suppliers and restaurants. Designing the product, etc etc. Any use cases I find.

I am a complete novice. Any suggestions are welcome.

@chromechris Hey thanks for this will surely go thru it. What more I want to understand is what metrics should I consider while onboarding the merchants on both side. Should I onboard a lot of them or just a handful.
