W-2 for Business

I’m a UK company, importing to the USA. A large retail a tore chain have asked me to provide a W-2 as part of the set up process.

Any idea what this looks like / how I get hold of one?

Everything I read online seems to refer to a W-2 as for employees (tax and wage statement), so not entirely sure what they’re asking for…

@seescandy They may have meant W-9 instead of W-2
