Warm Emailbox - Large Batches of Emails

Keeping a mailbox warmed up. We run monthly promotions like Back to school, Labor Day, etc. between promotions, how do I keep my mailbox warmed up? I’m sending 15k emails for 7 days and then don’t have anything for 3 weeks.

Spacing it out evenly doesn’t work because the emails are tied to specific holidays and events.

@evnoca Thank you. I saw that. The dilemma is keeping it warm requires 15k emails a day. Most services offer 200 emails a day.

@kalaimani529 Do you not send newsletters once a week or biweekly?

Warm up email volume doesn't need to be equivalent to your list size. That's not how a regular inbox operates.

Spikes in sends is completely normal.

The goal of warm up is to keep it active and preventing inactivity.

@belaya_zvezda The business is B2B. I don’t have anything noteworthy to notify a contact weekly. Monthly just keeps me top of mind.

@kalaimani529 If that’s the case, then I’d recommend using multi-tools warm up strategy giving you maximum traction.
