Hey guys!
My friend has a community of indie makers and noticed many of them struggle with marketing and advertisement.
So he had an idea for a simple tool to help out the members of his community promote their projects and get backlinks, but we made it available for everyone.
It is called the Indie Lottery and it works like this:
1- Participate by submitting your indie project and your email (takes seconds)
2- Everyday a project is picked randomly and sent to all participants in a newsletter.
3- If you win you get your project in front of a large audience of indie makers.
Everyday a newsletter is sent to all participants announcing the daily winner and featuring sponsor indie products on discount and other cool freebies.
This works best if your target audience is other indie makers and tech lovers.
What do you think about this idea? How could we make the newsletter more engaging? As an indie maker, what kind of content would you like to see?
