I'm the founder of Growth Roadmap and last month we pivoted our business to focus on helping brands and content creators make the content they want a fraction of the cost. Better than Fiverr and more cost-effective than Up Work. We started off running outbound via email but haven't had crazy success outside locking down a few meetings.
So, this week we're improving our outbound experience by adding a personalized video within the message + highlighting existing content from our creatives via our IG.
Lastly, the companies that seem to be winning are building in public + are using a founder-led sales strategy. As the founder, I've doubled down on creating content relevant to our audience as well as documenting my insights to others as a way to share my insight and increase my network. The thinking is that people will want to join as I grow my biz + learn while I'm doing it.
