What do you find messy at your company?

E.g. can you find the documents after some time or is there any black hole that swallows them?

E.g. Are processes understandable?

E.g. do you know wich regulations you need to follow?

@angelain If I had the luxury of tidying up the company, I wouldn't have the luxury of personal downtime. Next best thing is hiring people with a knack for tidying things

@angelain I found everything to be messy when I was there.

No raises for the employees because they weren’t making revenue but bought 6 companies… How does that make sense???

@orthodoxdogma I do not know with how much own capital one can buy a company. Maybe few and the rest is borrowed.

@angelain Aside from the enormous number of files, I believe that borrowing office supplies that are guaranteed to be lost forever is THE MOST DANGEROUS HABIT, or as you put it, the messiest aspect of the workplace.

@angelain There would be no free time for me. The next best thing is to hire people who have a natural ability to organize chaos.

@angelain Despite buying six firms, the company was unable to give its employees a pay boost since it was losing money. Where is the logic in that???
