A friend of mine has recently opened a new cafe, and has inherited the old touch screen till that the previous owners had, its an ICR systems till if thats any help, but so far that is all I know. It is all apparently working fine no crashes, no lag etc, except for when he does the end of day takings, the cash hardly ever adds up to what it in the till (over and under) and also the number of credit cards, does not add up either, it is always more than he has physical copies of.
Can anyone think of the issue that is causing this and other a solution?
