Y Combinator removes Indian startup from batch over 'irregularities'

@lucyflora Looks like they lied about their background and their numbers.

A quick look at the Founder's profile, he lists his education as having an undergraduate degree from Stanford and from an Indian IT. Stanford will not allow you to get a bachelor's from them if you already have one from somewhere else. And if you already have a Stanford degree why would you want an IIT degree? Unless he's a transfer, in which case, I wonder what they meant about falsified ed credentials.

@lucyflora Freakin sad man… we’ve applied a good part of 3x so far, steady growth but nothing impressive, from the bay, good backgrounds and have plenty people to vouch for us. No way am I saying poor me right now but this actually kinda hurts. And- there are PLENTY others just like us who really deserve that spot just based off our moral ethics alone.
