@74rider Yes exactly. It definitely doesn’t get as much attention as it should especially with “sweaty” professions. If anything, these should have even tighter approaches to hiring given the public view on trades in general.

@helpinghand101 The highest anyone is paying for an exterior lead is $100. If you sell it and sub it, then you can make up to 50% if not more. But then you'd be back in business.

@cufr Sure, they work as good as you work them. If you don't understand sales, follow ups, and have automations...you're not going to get good results. If you know how to sell, they work great! I average 4/10 about in terms of conversions. 4 leads are ready to go and buy, 3 leads want to...

@johnsaviorman well the thing is, they see the value. They know they're paying for 4-5 guys being there. That usually happens if your a 1 man team. Is that the case?
