People are using the free trial of my SaaS but not paying for it to keep using it. How to fix it and make them pay?

@lissie $25 per month. Should I send email to ask for feedbacks? Often if I do it, nobody answer the email

People are using the free trial of my SaaS but not paying for it to keep using it. How to fix it and make them pay?

I launched this SaaS in January 15 and a lot of people joined, they were saying that they loved it, it is a very cool SaaS, etc. the numbers were fantastic. More than 60 users subscribed and 25 active users in a month, however, they’ve only used the trial time and then don’t wanna pay for it...

    Vesting schedule question

@bygrace87 Thanks for the feedback, it’s really helps. Also, I’m not the CEO of the company, I’m gonna hire a CEO too. Thinking about a 6% equity for the CEO maybe less than that. Also being honest, I’m not trying to do something creative with my board, I’m just applying a method you don’t...

SaaS founders, how long do you take to build the first versions of your SaaS?

@josh87eg Exactly. Quality code doesn’t worth a shit. Customers don’t care about quality code

    Vesting schedule question

@esti Why a search fund? I’ve noticed that some guys I fired from my board were just talking a bunch of things and not doing the real thing, it was just talk and talk, that’s why I fired them. Yeah, I agree about the CFO equity vest. I’m not sure what the CFO is thinking about that but maybe...

SaaS founders, how long do you take to build the first versions of your SaaS?

@saralynn1 Thanks for your comment bro. Now I believe this “CTO” is trying to scam me. Lol And I 100% agree. A MVP should be the minimum version of a product. If it takes 7 years to build a MVP of a software, you are doing it wrong, very wrong. You should do it to build a company, not a MVP.

    Vesting schedule question

@mat82 Good question, I won’t officially hire him in the case. Will just say that I won’t continue with the vesting he is saying. I also don’t think he’s being honest about this

SaaS founders, how long do you take to build the first versions of your SaaS?

@travisb To be honest, you are wrong about it. First versions of great software are building in days and weeks. Mark Zuckerberg built the first version of Facebook in 2 weeks, Airbnb founders, did it in a weekend. And I can go on, on and on. Success leave clues, boy. If you take...

    Vesting schedule question

@mat82 That’s what I’m thinking. Won’t accept it, it’s better to just fire the guy and get another CFO with over 15 years of experience being CFO of tech companies

    Vesting schedule question

@sandra0003 Yes, I’m def feeling this pressure to not lose the guy because I lost 3 members of my board in the last 2 weeks, if I lose the cfo, it’ll be only me and CTO in the team. Hard situation we’re on. I agree about the part that I’m kinda thinking of why the CFO is so interested in...

SaaS founders, how long do you take to build the first versions of your SaaS?

@travisb Taking years to build a software is not a reality bro. It’s a reality for hardware and to build a company, but not the first versions of a software. Facebook launched its first version in 2 weeks. Google launched it in 7 dias. Airbnb took a weekend And I can go on, on and on...

    Vesting schedule question

@bluesky123 A lot of people are saying the same thing to me about the CFO, thanks for the feedback. I’m really thinking about increasing the CTO equity in the company. I put 4% thinking that he would ask for more but he actually didn’t and I was like “what?”. The CFO thing seems strange, not...

    Vesting schedule question

@bluesky123 I don’t have capital but we’ll raise it. We’re looking for a tech company with specifics requirements and then we’ll buy the company and grow. The real work will start after we close our first deal

SaaS founders, how long do you take to build the first versions of your SaaS?

I’ve been building all my mvps in 2-4 days and if I don’t know what to build it takes a week maximum but most SaaS founders I know(Some with more success than I) take a month and 2 weeks or even more than that. I’ve been following YC advice to build things really fast and launch it, even if...

    Vesting schedule question

@spiritfilled_lovefilled Dan Peña QLA Methodology. It’s all for free on YouTube and on his website. Best methodology ever. If you can start this with basically 0 bucks and still get a bunch of very successful guys to work with you.

    Vesting schedule question

@brenmurt Of course, I know many cases of literally teenagers who got very successful applying this. He became a multi millionaire at 17. The best part is that you don’t need to know stuffs to apply this. The methodology is all based on commercial debt, M&A and a lot of deals. You can do this...

    Vesting schedule question

@talita Being honest my man, it’s better and easier M&Aing than building my M&A SaaS from scratch.

    Vesting schedule question

@talita I don’t have these years of experience but my board have. That’s the main idea. That’s why I’m hiring the board, I can’t do it by myself.

    Vesting schedule question

@sandra0003 Yes, correct. I’m following a methodology. I know what we’re trying to build, so I’m building the board and with the board ready we’re going to raise money from investment banks to buy companies and grow them.
