Hi friends. We have our YC interview on Thursday. This is our second time applying. The rejection feedback on our last interview was that they wanted to see more traction. We are a B2B company that launched 7 months ago, and still have 1 client. We grew inside this customer, and signed a couple LOIs with new customers, but we feel like our solution is a vitamin and not a painkiller. Just before receiving the invitation to the interview, we were starting to layout 3/4 possible pivot ideas. How would you go over the interview? Just say plainly that we are in the middle of a pivot? How would you show that the pivot makes sense for them to fund you now instead of waiting another batch to see traction?
