I am currently running an agricultural equipment start-up based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
We deal in different types of agriculture equipments for small farmers (less than 20 acres).
We currently have dealer in 8 states and have supplied to individual buyers in over 15+ states. (B2B AND B2C)
The equipments are imported from China under our own label. We also provide service of importing same goods for some of the dealers on commision basis.
Finances -
Bootstrap - 65L
Margin on goods - 10% dealer 25-35% direct coustomer.
Marketing budget (3.5k a month) - Bought indiamart package.
Sales - 45 L in past 4 months.
Currently profitable.
If done right, 65L will generate revenue of 2.4 Cr a year with
profit of approx 30L.
I have invested all my money into acquiring the said equipments so haven't been able to market much.
I am the only one working in this start up (marketing, finance etc) just have 2 staff for transportation and goods handling.
How should I go about marketing and expanding my business.
