Insights on shutting down a registered business in Delaware. My family friend atty ghosted me for 2 months after receiving payment. As of Friday, the business was not shut down. A jr partner is now suddenly jumping in to help. At this point, google and the DE site shows that I apparently need to send in a letter, which can be printed off. Is this correct? Anyone w experience? Do class B shareholders need to sign this document as well? I’m the sole class a shareholder.
