F&B Closing For Holiday Checklist?

Own a small Cafe, and this year with the impending recession, we're considering on closing a little longer during the holiday season than originally planned.

Aside from the obvious perishables management, is anyone else facing this decision? If so what are some things you plan on doing during that off time?

For us, we're trying to revamp the menu a bit, and fix some equipment issues.
