Google update hit us hard

I have a job aggregator website, that we launched mid February, indexing went good and we started building impressions and clicks as you here, but all of a sudden we were hit hard

They removed the listings from google jobs, and the crawl rate is very slow

I need some advice on what strategy can we follow to recover?
