@smiddy10 Sorry to hear you had a bad experience and thanks for the feedback. We have a few thousand users daily with 50% repeat users. It’s frustrating when even 1 user like you has a bad experience. Pushes us to work harder and keep improving.

This post is focused on the question repeated here daily: “how to start in SaaS” Threw in my 2 cents but value is all the folks adding their wisdom to it.

@z_alan_bridges I did read the entire post. While it can provide some insights to others, it shouldn't be taken as the sole advice or the only way to build your SaaS business. What might work for you might not work for others. Like any SaaS business out there, you might fail with this approach too, sooner or later. People should take it with a grain of salt.

What's bugging me is that the first impression I see from the website does not live up to the standard of making the post worth considering. There is an imbalance there. So, yes, you might want to push harder and keep improving.
