@amincitia One thing to keep in mind that I’ve found in 10+ years of business. If the job isn’t fun/rewarding it better pay well. This actually seems like a massive issue for you as your customers simply wont attach a lot of value to what you do as it’s just gross and not technical at all. Also your employees will be embarrassed of what they do and will want to be paid well or will simply get another low paying job without the negative social aspect.
The barriers to entry for every single one of your employees to just start their own shit scooping companies are also extremely low. The problem with starting a business with nothing is that in actuality what you have ... is nothing.
