Print-Scan-Copy (small) business

Hi guys, hihingi lang sana ako ng insight regarding print-scan-copy business.

I'm planning to buy an all-in-1 printer (Epson Ecotank) and my target customers would be from a private village (currently residing).

Sa ganitong setup, I'm expecting na hindi ganung kalakas pero in the long run kaya e worth it pa din? Nagka-interest lang ako kasi madami akong nakikitang naghahanap ng mapagpi-printan from our village social media page.

Lastly, baka may mare-recommend din kayo na brand and model na pwede ring mag-print ng photo hehe.

Thanks!

@shatter94 hi OP, you have the target market already but to expand yourself you have to be simply skilled in both business side and the services you can offer. Epson is a good choice, may I ask your possible budget? where would you possibly buy materials? I can help through my suggestions ☺️

@leftout Hi @leftout, thanks for the input!

My initial budget was between 10k-15k, and I found this specific model "Epson Ecotank L3250 Ink Tank Printer" falling right to this budget.

As for the supply, ang iniisip ko e sa National Bookstore muna since bago pa lang ang possibly di naman gaanong uubos ng bundle hehe.

I'm still open for recommendations po ~

@shatter94 i bought 3210 last week which is much cheaper than 3250 - you may opt to check the difference but I think wifi connections lang, I have 121 - pigment ink which is best for photo print pang rush ID ang cons ay di kasya masydong makapal na paper pero pag assignment at simple porttait photos lang ng mga clients ay very good na, I have L565 - dye ink(I bought secondhad) for photocopy for short, long and a4 same as for my printing since I used other brand of ink (hansol) na mas mura at vibrant din ang kulay kaya kahit I offer docu print kumikita tlaga ako ☺️

Supplies? masydong mahal sa national, dont get me wrong love ko ang nbs pero hindi business wise, if you are located sa province like me mag-shopee ka na lang din or if nasa manila ka naman try mo sa may sta cruz may all in one don na store.

Do you have any idea for possible supplies start up?

@shatter94 Go for it! I suggest na after a few months dagdagan mo na din ng ibang products/services. Have a business plan kung nakikita mo na pwede pa magexpand yung uumpisahan mo.

Since private village siya connotatively medyo middle to higher income people nakatira and possibly they have printers, I would love to suggest na hindi lang sana people from the viilage if you are located near the gate ang ma-cater mo tapos add ka pa ng laminating, scanning, school supplies maybe?, tapos madaming uri ng prints hehe like notepads, cards, certificates etc. pero syempre some suggestions might need more investments
