I need advice on setting up a new company with a unique team structure. We have 3 people involved: A, a US citizen, B (myself), currently in India, and C, an international student studying in the USA who is about to graduate in 2 months. We sell software services and products to clients in the USA. We want to register a new company and accommodate all 3 of us. What should we keep in mind while making the contract? What legalities do we need to take care of to ensure there are no problems in terms of setting up the company? Additionally, how can we utilize C's STEM OPT and can we hire him on the team to work with us on a project? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
