What bank are you using for you business checking account in the US?

@lessofme You can add them as an authorized user and set limits to what they can do. I don't use that feature so I'm not 100% on whether or not you can prohibit transfers and payments completely. There's also accounting software out there that allows you to link your banking info instead of signing directly into the bank account.
 
@digitalsoldier0 Bookkeepers/accountants should still have read-only access to the bank accounts for a variety of reasons. Most banks don't download check images to QB, reconciling if they reconcile more frequently than monthly, and if the bank feed into QB breaks. All of these occurrences will slow down your bookkeeping and cause issues. Source: I am a bookkeeper.
