TL;DR what benefits do you offer and how do they compare to other business?

Hey all,

As the title states, I am curious what benefits people are offering their employees? I regularly try and check what other companies are offering as I want to make sure we’re competitive.

I know what benefits are offered always depend on the industry, company size, financials, etc. But I thought it could be helpful people seeing what others offer for planning and staying competitive in that space. Here is our basic info.
